StartUp is an app that can be used as Protection, System manager and Program manager, there are two misc. functions included)
If you need any help about the app ask me or read the readme file included with the app. The app isn't uploaded yet, please be patient.

Yes, but its' compiled with mostly asmprgms (because i dont know how to make Apps  ).
Why do you have to know that (yes you can decompile it if you want  )?

are you using ONBLOCK, or something similar?
